Can a president lawfully fellate a lawmaker?

There is no legal restriction on the type or frequency of sex the president may choose to have in and out of his marriage bed. However, like all men, if he gets caught the divorce could be long, painful, and very very expensive too. I’ve know rich men who were angry at being caught in an affair and decided to fight with their wives over money and property. In the end, there was little left becuase most of it was given to the lawyers!
