Over 14 inches of rain near Shreaveport, and National Guard being deployed. Vehicles totally underwater, and homes, too. WX Ch. just said "It's going to get worse".

Hundreds of families forced to flee their homes in NW LA. I hate to think what the S.Mississippi River will crest at after this is over.

So much rain near Memphis that the spillway between my two ponds looks ready for white-water rafting. I have never seen this before. WX Ch just said "roads look like rivers".

23 million facing this this week. I-20 closed. Mandatory evacuations. 2 confirmed dead. This Will Be Epic.

1,000's in TX without power. This is just beginning !!!

It has rained in the PNW for over 40 days straight, and record rainfalls here as well. Over 40" and counting in 40 days... We have (3) warning alerts today!
