Why the World Hates Christians

Interesting theory except none of you act like Christ. That is why the world doesnt like christians. Youve turned his teachings into a religion. And a religion based largely off the misunderstandings of his students mixed with jewish tradition and the notion a book written and compiled by men can be infallible. Youre more concerned with judgement and hellfire than love. You just spew bible verses and hammer the bible instead of engaging people with love and compassion. Youre preachy and self righteous, hypocritical and judgemental. Your churches have become businesses. Youre in a mind prison of control and are unwilling to reason. You seem to have a dislike of science and facts. You are against unity and peace, you think all interactions with people of other faiths is evil, you are unwilling to learn from any source outside your bible. You would rather just condemn everyone to hell from a bullhorn and a john 3:16 sign rather than actually do some good in this world.

Some people's reason for existence is to hate, just so that Christians and others can turn the other cheek.

I think you might be one of them.

Are you satisfied with hate as a purpose for life? Ever wish you could find another, maybe better purpose?

Everybody has heard of "the" Christian trinity: father, son and holy spirit.

But there is ANOTHER trinity, a set of principles that underlie and summarize the Christian worldview and make it recognizable to people from other religions. They are:

- stoicism,
- optimism aka faith in god's goodness,
- and love thy neighbor.

you probably think that because you suffer from persecution complex or some other form of paranoia.

you hate everyone who doesn't have the same exact religious beliefs, right?

then you are projecting the hate to those people.

In many cases, they know inside they do wrong. They hate what they do and project that hate onto you.

Mysery likes company as the old adage goes. If I'm the only doer, I feel insecure. If I can get many doing, it supports my action and gives room for false justification.

People with good Christian morals are rarely hated.

The only Christians that people hate are the bible-thinpers who say bigoted or homophobic things. The type of Christian that tells others they are going to hell. Those Christians are obnoxious and self-righteous.

If you live a life of love, forgiveness, compassion, and acceptance, and dont tell non-Christians they will be tortured forever by your God, you will find that people like you.

And there's no need to even tell people you are Christian unless the topic of God comes up. It's just as annoying as atheists arguing that God doesn't exist, or gay pride people.

Most people hate for stupid, petty reasons. They get their feelings hurt by someone who maybe is even being rude. But, they can't EVER let it go.

Unity and peace can never come from accepting lies.
But you are swayed to believe differently, and I know that liars taught you that. But you cannot discern any of it.

Eighter you are a catholic(orthodox) or a heathen, there is nothing in between.
