Female Spanish judge under fire for asking rape victim "did you try closing your legs?"

You may be surprised to learn that not everyone who cries rape, is in fact a victim.

the judge more than likely was carpet cleaning before her judge duties.

Well, duh. But what does that have to do with this? They are not arguing whether she was raped...the judge is questioning whether she did enough to prevent being raped.

Questioning is how one arrives at the truth of the matter.

She needs to get raped so she can try out "closing her

It's really not that rediculous. It's like a the lady here in Texas getting attack for wanting to know what portion of sexuall assaults that occur on campus are alcohol related.

People are going off about that too but it's called opportunity, if you got stupid drunk alone at some party and passed out on the couch and then got raped by some creeper in your sleep....Well...not "blaming" the victim but uhhh...do you think that a change in YOUR behavior might have prevented the situation?

My friend had this happen to him. He was at a party and some girls came at started acting like prostitues, getting naked and messing with the guys there. Well he ended up sleeping with one of them who was aparently not into what her friends were doing. She went a long willingly did what she did then 2 weeks later tried to call rape because she says she felt pressured to do what she did by her friends.

Never once did she tell the guy to stop, or give any hint that she was not into it.
Yet she doesn't blame her friends she blames him.

There are reasons you ask these kinds of questions. If this girl was saying she was physically and sexually abused...why was she with the guy? It doesn't say she was kidnapped. She was willingly there, it's not an excuse to force yourself on someone but again, there was something the the victim could have done to avoid the situation.

And that matters... a lot.

It's simply down to the R. Kelly scenario.

If the girl did not want to get pissed on, you know, just move out of the way...

If you get assaulted by some guy, then go back to him, and then wonder why you got beat up again....well.

I don't walk out into a busy highway expecting not to get hit by traffic.

Let's look at this logically. A woman can 'resist violence' as you say, and it won't work. Men are larger and stronger. They over power women, period.

This girl was attempting to get a restraining order. That doesn't scream, hey come rape me! Do men not have a duty to not abuse and assault women?
