when i bought it is was in a fridge, on the back it says keep in dry dark place at room temperature, so ive kept it in my cupboard. it's been over a month and im still eating it, but I can't tell if it's rotten or not because it tastes like ass either way. why do they keep it in the fridge at the store then tell me to put in cupboard, and how long will it last there?
