Do You Open Carry?? What would you say about this encounter??

I'm from Texas and we just approved open carry as of the first of the year. I've seen a couple of guys carrying at the grocery store. No big deal.

I have a new outside the waistband holster, but for me it's all bout not worring about my shirt riding up and inadvertantly showing the gun. I'm skinney and inside the waist bad is not comfortable.

I'd feel like everyone was looking at me if I open carried, but based on my own experience seeing other open carrying, noody would care.

I carry everyday legally concealed. You can not find a more adamant supporter of the 2nd than me.
Having said that, I think carrying a firearm openly for all the world to see is utterly stupid at the highest level. Who do they think the first target will be in a criminal situation?....STUPID!

do open carry and I wouldn't say anything about it.
I would ignore his foul mouth, if he assault me (that means touched) I would defend my safety by any and all means.

I normally conceal but have on occasion open carried, some pants are tight on an old man.

Never had an issue either way, some people ask if I'm police but that's about it.

I think what people forget, police/armed security/ect... Are just citizens who open carry. Why is there no uproar over that?
