Even if we stick with the narrow assumption that western 'learning' is a good barometer of intelligence, the smartest groups in Western countries are not Jews, Asians or white people, BUT AFRICAN BLACKS who migrated there. They show education levels, graduation rates that are up to TWICE those of native born whites, and 2-3% higher than Asian immigrants.
