Only one problem with your logic buddy. Cruz has ALREADY addressed this scandal. He acknowledge it's existence roughly 10 hours after it went viral. He responded, meaning he knows that we know. If he though this was all b.s., he would've ignored it but he didn't. He knows this is "a thing" (pun intended). If Hillary has the Justice Dept. looking at her email scandal as she runs, then Cruz can make a suit as he runs too (if he truly believed this was all false). Doubt he'll be sending the NE a cease and desist anytime soon. He will soon have to also address the $500,000 "hush money" his SuperPac gave to Carly Fiorina because the Federal Elections Committee has been asking about that since last October (per CBS).
