Quoting: Anonymous Coward 71690411 All land was taken from someone else at some point in time. Get over it! amen Wonder who will take the land from America? who took the land from the dinosaurs? We all turn to dust. Rome was bigger than the U.S. in size and idea at the time. |

Oops. The Louisiana Purchase (1803) was a land deal between the United States and France, in which the U.S. acquired approximately 827,000 square miles of land west of the Mississippi River for $15 million. Thank you! That is about half the country right there. |

Anonymous Coward User ID: 17545227 United States 03/27/2016 09:47 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | What is really annoying is how it was really Spaniards that took most of it. But English people are the most vilified. I think it's because the Founding Gathers were considered traitors. It was really Spain that had the biggest cut of the Americas and more than half of what is now our country. The English were in 13 little postage stamp states. It really was the Spanish crown that desecrated native populations. It's more convenient to hate so called white people(Spaniards ARE white, Queen Isabella had pale blue eyes.) All Hispanics know this but I guess it's easier than hating yourself and the blood in your veins. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 50373006 |
