Making money running a website/blogs - how do people do it?

Wow, that's great! Can I ask a bit more information? When you say food/lifestyle blogger, does that mean you review foods found say in grocery stores or...? How does the ad revenue work for your website, do you get paid per clicks or...? I'd love to do something like this, even if just to earn a bit extra income.

OP These fools have no flipping idea what they're talking about. I make $500-700 a day revenue with a simple website and advertising. It's fucking cake. I do affiliate marketing and build email lists. Like I said its fucking cake if you know what you're doing. You haven't missed any train the ones who say that are too fucking dumb to understand what they're doing. Look up info on CPA Marketing. In 2014 I was making $1000 a day. I was young and pissed it all away. I learned a lot of valuable lessons including how to handle money. Trust me it's easy and very possible to make a lot of money. My goal is $3-5k a day

They are Paid to Click (PTC) websites where members get paid for clicking on advertisements and watching them for 30 seconds. The owner of the website must be earning money for referrals/members he brings to the PTC sites.

If that's the case, any suggestions on good links to read? Can I ask, vaguely, what type of website you have? I'm not looking to duplicate anyone's business, just get ideas...how do you attract people to your website to begin with, what is it you offer?

I see, hmmmm...so that's not really for website owners but moreso people who want to make extra money and have time to watch ads?

The PTC crap is a waste of time don't bother. I'm in what you call all ever green niches. I create a landing page aka 1 page website and advertise on Google , Bing, and Facebook. I collect their email with aweber and send them to an offer whether it be a loan offer, sample offers, free trial weight loss or skin care etc etc. They say for every person on your list they are worth $.50 - $1 a month. I have 12k subscribers and make $12k revenue a month at the moment. My list is growing by about 300 daily and even more as I launch more campaigns. I teach people how to do this for a $500 fee no this is not an advertisement just saying.

I can blast my list of 12k subscribers and within 4 hrs make $100-$150 without spending a dime

Okay, to try and understand what you're doing...you create websites to gather emails submitted by people? How does anyone ever find your pages if you're constantly creating them? It sounds like you're being paid to gather the emails and then you sell them to companies or something like that?

When you watch PTC sites you will see many good websites/stores that have affiliate program.

Affiliate program means the owner of the online/internet shop will pay you commission for selling his/her products.

Example: If the online store is selling clothes, you will get 2% to 8% commission for each T-shirt you sell from your website or from your affiliate link directly.

You will get some 75 cents for selling a $15 T-shirt

PTC sites and affiliate programs are free to join.

Yeah...somebody swallows bullshit very easily.

Not saying there is not people doing it...but one on a million makes a living out of it.

I create websites with an email opt in. So say people want more info on weight loss and I offer a free ebook on what to eat . So they sign up with their email to my list. And then I blast them with trial weight loss offers that pay me like $35 a sign up. People see my websites because I advertise on Bing PPC , Google PPC and Facebook PPC. That's the legitimate way to make money online all these other offers are just people doing what I do and they make a living selling people. It's cake work . I've had a campaign running for about 5 months without touching it and it makes me $150-200 a day passively

Join 1 or 2 good PTC sites. You will get good idea for internet business.

PTC sites will teach you how to advertise your website for less than $20.

I hope you are not referring to pay to click websites. If you are and I am thinking of the right thing then those are pretty much all scams and theres no real money in it except for a few but you would be better off selling crack
