Try not to become over stretched, here. Hair splitting definitions accomplish nothing for anyone.

Give examples which you personally know about of people trying to speak of something for which no material evidence can be found.

For instance, there is no physical evidence for any Roman Catholic Pope being The Vicar of Christ, as written upon his beannie.

There is no physical evidence for underground petroleum deposites originating from surface biomass of the Earth.

There is no physical evidence for human macroevolution.

Much of what women talk about has no physical evidence.
