You lack a basic understanding of how the system works...

You wouldn't sue the insurance company since they have not wronged you and have no obligation to you at all. You sue the person that hit you. If they have insurance, their insurance company is contractually obligated to defend them. You need to first understand that before anything else makes sense.

Because there's a thousand other people suing them too.

Become a lawyer, handle these affairs.

Ez money, you have have secretary provide your statement and defense and go talk about it.

I was an insurance agent for many years. When I was rear ended and had a nerve torn in my neck (still on meds nerve pain, its awful). It took me four years to settle and I got hosed. They cherry picked things I'd said to my doctor and twisted my words. I learned the insurance companies don't pay, so I got out. It's terrible what they do to people !

Here is how the judicial system works.

DENY, DELAY, DEAL.

Actual justice is a real function of time, money, power & fraternizing.
Will you live long enough to see this settled in court?
Will you be still alive to collect?
Do you have enough money to keep this in court?
Do you have enough money to hire the best(most connected) representative/attorney?

The attorney firm that is great is DEWEY, CHEATUM AND HOWE.

As a teen, I often would say flippant remarks, not understanding the real implications.
I stated, "if I have a life without doctors, attorneys, police, I will have a good life."
