Well... you can read that section in the Bible, because He did come to Earth with two angels and spoke to Abraham personally.

This morning, God the Father tells me He is starting with the continent of Africa. And so far, He says the situation is much much worse than He thought. So see He has to come close to see for Himself, just like He did before.

He said Africa is covered with the stench of death, going back centuries. There is so much blood crying up to Him. My heart is so heavy... I cannot even describe some of the things He explained to me.

What confuses me is that God is 'all knowing' and knows everything from His throne in Heaven. He doesn't need to come here to 'see' it for Himself.

No bad feelings taken. Well.. there is a precedent, He did it before, for Sodom and Gomorrah, and for the whole Earth this is a larger situation.

You need to consider that He is planning to mix Mercy in with His Judgment, so the more information He has the better off mankind will be as this all pans out.

As an side, He told me yesterday as He was traveling through outer space that He was grabbed and sidetracked by a very self aware galaxy, that He says was expecting Him. Can you imagine such a thing?

Also He says that He decided to make Himself very small because His Presence is so awesome that it would trigger catastrophic effects.

But as to your question. He says that He follows His own Will. For example I asked Him where He was going to go on Earth after leaving Africa and He said He has not decided yet. So although He knows all, He can still decide things as He goes along if He Wills.

You make it sound as if God is traveling via a jet airliner, and is stopped at the moon for refueling.

IF God speaks to anyone about checking out the earth, I think one of 2 things would occur.

1). Angels would assess the situation and report to God.

OR...

2). God would do it himself, but the thought is the action and it would not require God "traveling" anywhere.

Just the fact that He will be present, everything will shake.

Nahum 1:5 The mountains quake at him, and the hills melt, and the earth is burned at his presence, yea, the world, and all that dwell therein.

I cannot say where we are in the tribulation, whether already in it, or it is about to start. Mankind cannot even agree whether the tribulation is actually supposed to be seven years.

What God is saying to me, is that, after this assessment He will begin in earnest His plans to end this age.

No He is not using a vehicle of any sort. He simply made Himself "physical" and "very small".

Angels have been reporting to Him about the situation of Earth.

And like I said before He did it before, came Himself with two angels, and the situation now is the whole Earth, so He felt the need to make reconnaissance of every inch of Earth before moving us all into the next phase.
