A bomb falling doesn't do much. It's the exploding part that does the damage.

Then we must define near and we must know the type of bomb and it's yield.

Short anser is: inside the total destruction area, no not really.

In the thermal zone, well probably a little, but not for long.

Outside of that is where it gets ugly.

Don't worry. Nuclear weapons don't exist. The nuclear weapon story is a fear tactic and allowed the government to keep information classified.

Probably not . If it fell near your house , you'd go straight to vaporized.

Re: Does nuclear bomb hurt? If it fell near your house?
Geez, being at ground zero of a nuclear explosion wouldn't hurt at all. You (me) would be vaporized before those pain signals had anywhere (such as a brian) to travel to! Out like a light, or faster than a light.

You just don't want to be right on the edge of the main blast zone, and die of radiation sickness. Sickness, you see, would be quite the understatement in that case.
