I was in a dark room and when the lights came on, there was a clock. The clock immediately changed from 8:15 to 8:16. I then woke up in a panic attack as if something really bad had happened. Nothing in my dream indicated a time zone. I could not honestly answer your question.

Listen, OP is being serious. I can't say what, but there is preparations undergoing right now due to a credible threat. Im a janitor at a nuclear plant, and all i've heard today is people talking about this. I was sweeping the head of the plant's office and found a memo on his desk. It said, "Classified: Eyes Only" whatever that means. So I peaked through it. I seen in there something about making sure security took less coffee and cigarette breaks, and to make sure they were on full alert. This sounds serious. Plus the font it was written in was pretty official looking.
