She means racism twords whites right? Last time i checked part of my hard earned money goes go welfare... Is that the system she is talking about?

Then he found out only this one color was being sent to them for workers. Yeah, it is systemic, for sure. Ya 40 years ago try giving an example in 2016 not in 1976! Its been that way since at least then, so systemic is right. They were saving good jobs for their friends. It is called nepotism and it is not just whites who do it either. Ever been to a major fast food restaurant that serves burgers and all the people who are working there are speaking Thai? That was no accident.
