Video - Real or govt PSYOP here?

I don't know either, but with all of the bad press that the police have been getting for beating and killing people all over the country, the thought occurred to me that this is a PSYOP (psychological operation) where the govt is trying to fool people into trusting the govt and the police again.

They show us a bad white cop, who admits that he was a corrupt cop and a black man who was falsely charged by that corrupt cop. The black man forgives the white cop after spending 4 year in prison. Seriously?

If it is true, then it's a great story, but I have seen far too much to trust the govt or the news media. Like today....... they are promoting the HOAX of the Boston bombing, but this post PROVES that it never happened. I'm just saying.............. I like happy endings and forgiveness and all of that, but my experience says don't trust the govt or the news media...........EVER.
