Last UFO I saw had MASSIVE lights. Just sitting there about 10 meters above the brow of a hill, about 300 meters away from me driving along the road below.

Lights were enormous and very powerful. Beyond anything I've ever seen anywhere.

What do they need such lights for?

It can only be to advertise their presence.

I have witnessed a craft some 100m from me as described above. That one had no lights etc. no noise, no energy or propulsion of any kind etc.

I posed the question because I think it is a poignant question to ask.

Why do you need lights? Why don't you ask them?

if you are refering to the fact that the crafts are glowing brightly (sometimes changing colors), it is most likely because in the atmosphere there is high energetic air plasma being created around the craft. it is because of the propulsion type used.

Also have had a visit with a view within 1000 ft. Just me and a silent motionless craft.at one in the morning at my rural place.

I was so unaware I had a visitor, they sent out a basketball size burning orb that gave no heat past me a eye level and 15 ft away..

All in all the craft had a dull orange glow from underneath the craft. A sign to me they were cool.. That contact lasted 5 minutes. I went back into the house in excitement yelling they are real. LOL

I would think the emitted light would be a byproduct of the energy source that drives the ship and it's system. Think of the light as heat in a motor, or your computer. Your computer is going to create heat, and they are designed to allow that heat to dissipate with a fan and vents cut into the frame. So, whatever non-traditional warping of energy fields they are doing has extra energy that needs to get out of this system, they us a system that emits light as extra energy. As for the different colors? Vessels with different colors use an alternating current type of drive. The ships that emit just one color uses a direct current system. The color has to do with the frequency of the energy. Check your black body emission scale to get an idea of that. As for laser beams? They would be exotic signals with a constant modulation factor. Kind of like our microwave ovens, and other microwave type weapons we humans already use.
