I believe CERN and HAARP are causing all this bullshit.

OP: One more about your golden orb sculpture in the Courtyard of the Pinecone. The courtyard is a large plaza bisected by a very wide and long walkway. The Pinecone sculpture sits on a plinth at one end and your golden orb at the opposite end.

There won't be any coastlines. They will be taking refugees from both the coast, which will be under water, and also the center of the US, which will also be under water as the great lakes empty into the gulf. So that line from Ohio down to Tenn makes sense, I guess.
