We were already warned of outages due to the gas leak, we were told to cut elec. use. Yet they build 3K sf. homes for 500K and cool all corporate businesses to 65.

and why are they not preparing the public by telling them this

why cant they start now and try to prevent electric from being affected
or evacuate ahead of time
