OP says sex is like food, air or shelter. This is the only thing i agree with that SEX and not FAPING is necessary. There is nothing more energy than your girl going crazy blowing her load all over your dick, i swear to god theres nothing more wnergizing and rewarding than that.

Most guys cant go 7 days without faping. If you can do 7 days then try 12-14.
