Apparently you don't understand. It could very easily come out as perversion if you hold it in and don't masturbate. But the whole point of not masturbating is to give you WAY more energy to throw into what you are passionate about. If you are just sitting around, watching tv, not doing anything and not masturbating the energy has to find an outlet. If you are spending 10-15 hours a day expending the extra energy on something you are passionate about, then it's not going to manifest as perversion. In fact, a lot of times you stop thinking about sex completely. It actually freaks you out because you aren't used to not putting that as your main goal in life. But then you realize, I am enjoying this extra energy while accomplishing way more. It's a complete mindset change. All the wankers will happily stay stuck in their first chakras for the rest of their lives and never be truly happy. Because they have never gone higher than that of animalistic desires.
