Long post here. Worth the read. My personal experiences:


This post is utter BS. OP talks but probably hasnt put into effort into trying no fap, to see what does and does not happen so he can discredit this for himself. OP is obviously talking based on his righteous opinion of how the world works.

Being someone who has tried no-fap on and off for about a year, with my longest streak of no-fap being for 25 days, I can tell you that it is life changing.

You have more energy, you see life through rose-tinted glasses. Instead of just being a dreamer, you start ACTING on your dreams.

Women find you more attractive. This part I cannot explain, if its pheromones, or just that you're more confident and that women find that attravtive im not sure... all I CAN say is that its REAL women check you out left right n center.

You become more charismatic. Yes thats right. You're able to hold eye contact for much longer, your voice gets deeper, more self confidence, you say what you think regardless if someone else may dislike what you say.

More than that you just feel STRONG. Its hard to describe, but internally you just feel more robust, and the workouts at the gym were just insane. Less rest, more weight, more motivation.

As a side note, this is where i might lose some people but i really dont care, try it for urself or sit down...

 So, if you think logically your sperm holds the essence or dna of every gland, and organ in your body. Which means that if your constantly ejaculating your body is constantly trying to recycle your organs for more essence/dna to keep rebuilding your sperm. Once you stop ejaculating regularly your body stops focusing on pooling energy from your glands and organs(because youve stopped depleting yourself), and can focus on repairing and healing your body. Thats why after you ejaculate you want to eat, so that you can rebuild the vitamins and minerals you just lost.

Everything ive mentioned here ive felt and experienced personally unlike OP who is talking out of his ass because no-fap doesnt fall into his personal view of life that hes developped.

Bullshit! I and many others have done no fap only to realize it makes life worse. I have plenty of energy, and have had enough women in my time, done with the lies and drama.
