Because the seeds are proprietary Monsanto property, and they don't want anybody else growing things like ... food.

Short answer: "seedless" hybrids are easier to grow. There is a downside though, as they also lack flavor and the nutrients inherent in original seeded strains.

This is why seeded Watermelons have largely disappeared
from stores [and when you do find them they are more expensive] and also why seedless varieties all taste like cardboard!

Grow your own...I have more grapes than I know what to do with...all with seeds

Can you recommend a seed that produces "sour" grapes? Not really a fan of the sweet kind..

I see them also...however I prefer and maybe many others do the seedless...could just be a demand thing...I can't see them doing a gmo grape to stop the growing trend of grape growers across the country..however, that being said..it could be that they are gmo grapes for the slave consumption so all other grapes can be used for the elites...it could be that the same chemical that is reducing the seed in men (population control) is reducing the seed in grapes lol....

I only buy with seeds. Red Globe grapes. I snatch them up whenever I find them. The health properties from one to another are a no brainer.

GEE! When I was a kid, half the fun was spitting Watermelon sees at the others, or having contests to see who could spit them the furthest.

Simpler times to be sure, but those melons were ALOT more tasty, too!

Forgot to mention that after spitting those seeds, the following spring my Dad would have to mow down the new watermelon plants that would grow where we spit!

Did you get the seeded grapes at Walmart that happened to sneak by unnoticed? Now this person has an entire yard of Walmart grapes.
