Correct OP. God/spirituality and religion are two different things. Jesus was against religion. Some people are just ignorant/biased or stupid. You can fix the first two with education.

I became spiritual as a result of years of research. The Bible was part of it but not the center of it. The Bible just turned into a measuring stick because along the way because its never been wrong. It goes much deeper than the Bible though and you can actually back into the Bible. Study everything else then read the Bible. Things that are only hinted at in the Bible are covered in much more detail elsewhere in the ancient archeological,anthropological and ancient historical documents that the "scientists" (crazy money grubbing priests) hid not so well. Along the way many have broken ranks and revealed the truth. Several on their death beds. Or the hidden discoveries have been re discovered. You're dealing with dogs protecting their meat. Not logical or rational humans when you make these threads but please continue for the young people who know it isn't the truth in their spirit.

The numbers don't lie - you call for scientific proof...it's there in the numbers! Just take a look at it before passing judgment!

Things being simular doesn't mean one thing came from the other. That's a huge stretch. If your looked at five paintings from the same artist wouldn't you find similarities? I think there is a mind boggling diversity in nature. Surely there will be similarities especially if they're all by the same author.

That said the knowledge of the quantum world, the reality of what matter really is...loosly connected particles of energy makes evolution even more fantastical. There is no random in science.
