Have trouble getting the blinkers on a 96 honda accord to turn off.. ???

problem stared after replacing the Ignition switch.

all lights work except turn signals ?

have removed blinker relay to turn off blinkers.

any advice

Both blinkers are on? Try unhooking your emergency flasher switch.

But I would guess it's probably something more like you didn't plug in the harness for the turn signal "stalk" all the way. Since you were messing around with that area.

I did... it was just unpluging a few plugs and taking out some bolts...
then reverse

only the right. when the switch was put in the left turn they both were on

Black relay under fuse box or something.. Actually may be under the bumper. Pull it out and put back in.
