When installing a cell phone app, and allowing location tracking, does that mean that THAT particular app will be able to track your location, EVEN if you have location tracking disabled in your cell phone settings?

Just turn on location data only when you use an app that requires it. After you are done, close the app, then disable location data again.

And you dont have to use it for things like amazon, games, and browsing, so you should disable location data permission for apps that have no reason to use it.
