Did it ever occur to you some people might still actually make their own coffee? I buy my coffee at Aldi, and make two cups a day for what averages out to be about 8.3 cents a cup.

I actually really like some stuff at Taret. But I won't go there. I hope others will stick with the boycott and I hope it hurts the store.

But you have no 'cool' factor.

This Target lbgjklmnop thing is ridiculous and dangerous. Target executives have stated it will all be forgotten and they will get their way as social injustice warriors forcing us to obey their dictates.

We can fully boycott Target and bankrupt them, and it will be a great day. These big corporations take our money and then turn around and dictate how we are to live our lives and what values we should believe in.

Target took our Christmas money but forbade the words "Merry Christmas". They changed their tune after Americans enforced a serious boycott. Starbucks tried telling Americans that guns should be banned, and then they backed off due to boycotts. Now both Starbucks and Target have man/woman bathrooms and demand we must accept as normal these cross-dressing FREAKS.

These big corporations and chain stores and restaurants have gotten too big for their own britches, disrespecting their customers by wielding against us, the customer, the financial power we bestowed upon them .

Crazy, huh. Shop local and boycott Target, Starbucks, etc

My son was in the Army. He just reminded me that Starbucks refused to send coffee. He said the guys did not smoke because the lit cigarette made them an easy target, so they chewed tobacco. The guys wrote to a tobacco company and they sent them bunches of "chew".

But Starbucks wrote back to the Army guys and refused to send them coffee and said,
"We don't support the war. Good luck."

So how about that Starbucks... all American sob CEO Schultz?

25 cents for a cup of coffee?

Either you were born in 1940 and haven't had coffee in a very long time, or you live in a town of 200 people with a diner serving mudwater for 25 cents and telling you it's "coffee".

Starbucks doesn't charge $5 for "a coffee". They serve many different drink variations containing different types of coffee with prices ranging from $1.50 to $4.50. If you were to ask a barista for "a coffee", you'll get a puzzled stare.

And where will people shop when retailer after retailer follows Targets example? Without this kind of push-back from moral and sane individuals, the extremely organized social justice warriors will continue to push this on businesses in their quest to tear down every last vestige of decency.

Try looking at the bigger picture.

Set the pot up the night before -- then set the timer to go off when you get up. Can't afford a pot with a timer? Set everything up, press the brew button before you shower. Fresh coffee as soon as you step out of the shower.

^^^^^^Did that for a long time after college before I could justify spending the $ on a fancy pot.
