I have TS clearance. Why this matters is the fact that if I send something TS without marking it, or removing classification, the I have a nice vacation in Leavenworth coming to me.

Hillary will not be indicted until after the convention, otherwise the Democrat party elite will be stuck with Bernie, who they obviously do not want (see super-delegate vote count). After the convention and indictment, they can pick whoever they want to replace Hillary.
