I work in a very technical area in the creative field and have the same concerns as you. I want peak performance. I also saw first hand what Alzheimer's can do. Another area is eyesight. Some studies show it can help prevent certain eye issues.. This is why I said there are so many contradictions. Life is short, so the investment you make in things that must be accumulative over time, you either do them or not. However many years from now either way you decide you cant go back and try it the other way if you choose wrong. So that's why we all search for the answers. You would think the medical/Bio field with all of its billions spent could figure this crap out in 2016 :/ . |
