Quoting: Just Trina We had a Mother and her 2 kids who with us in Tenn a few years back who went off the trail and her young daughter at the time 5 or 6 was killed by a bear , her son who was 10 was next and she was an RN tried to defend her son and the bear almost killed her too. They were staying at the same cabins we were and it was horrible! !! They are the ultimate hunters...She had her neck and back ripped open and almost died from her injuries. Every time I see or read her story my gut sinks back to that day her baby was taken from her. Ugh. Wow!! Was it a black bear? |

I had the pleasure of having them in my back yard almost nightly for a while and not only are they fast, they are stealth and they are smart. We were lucky that no one ever got hurt but I think where I was at maybe they were a little more used to people. |
