Here in California they raised the age to 21 to buy vape or tobacco. The e cigs are popular and the juice has high mrd or no nicotine options. I think it is better than fake tobacco cigs. But still vaping has some side effects like dehydration of the body will happen if not drinking lots of water. Could also dry lung tissue.
