Google, Microshaft, Ect Should be Prosecuted for Cyberstalking

If I followed you everywhere you went throughout the day, and kept notes on all your travels and shared that info with everyone, then got in your face every hour to try and sell you something, I would be committing several crimes, the most obvious is stalking.

Back in the day, if I were to listen to your 900mhz cell phone conversation, I would be committing a crime. Even today, if you listen to a scanner and tell someone about what you heard, you would be committing a crime.

If I get into your mailbox and read all your letters, then shove them back in the box, I would be committing a crime.

Then how is it these corporations and our shady government can get by with these things and many more, yet they just keep getting more intrusive and are never held accountable?
