BUT when it starts really happening to you the explaniation isnt correct. I could con myself into believing all is well and just go back to sleep. Which I actually did for awhile.
And now after seeing the Pi Yao, which was the "gargoyle" that sat on my chest, its now impossible for me to ignore the facts.
Either the Pi Yao is a cultural shared image that humans hallicunate every so often, or there is a Pi Yao out there sitting on peoples chests in the early hours of the morning.
Right now I think there is a Pi Yao, and shadow entities. Both seem to live in the same cosmic level which is somehow really close to ours.

Well, in your situation I would still want to find out alternative theories to the experience. You still can't rule out the possibility that you've heard about the notion of Pi Yao or the like before but just forgotten about it - or haven't noted your subconscious grapping if from somewhere. But you know - in the end I guess it always comes down to choosing what you believe. Personally, I'd rather thrive on training my mind to search for the answer rather than just settling on one.
