I get sleep paralysis whenever I am under the influence of a certain drug that i wont go inot detail about here. When mine accurs I hear almost like a vibration in the air, like the air is shooting out of my ears & vibrating. Then I get that "fake fear" that they try to instill on me, Ill get random thoughts in my head that make me afraid like they were just put there. By the time these things think thy have a chance of paralyzing me I already know whats goin & I fight against it throught the whole thing. Ill even curse at them a little which is not the easiest thing to do when your face feels like its got 20 pounds pullin down on it. Every time I will myself to break out of it & smoke a cigarette or jump on the computer. For me the shades are always right outside my door looking in or in the back of my room by the closet. Im just glad I have a soulmate in my dog to help me through this.
