I remember reading how the dept of fish and game was set up by sportsmen to make sure there would always be plenty of fish and game to fish and hunt. The fuckers in power use it now to protect the fish and game from the sportsmen. lol Its like a few days ago when they arrested a four year old for sexual battery on a teacher. Makes me puke. |
Soothsayer User ID: 170066 United Kingdom 12/15/2006 02:22 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Izzo said administrators were bound by state law to bring an expulsion recommendation to the board. But the board had several options under state law, including the choice of home schooling or offering a placement in an alternative school, Izzo said. ------------------------------------------------------------ Can someone explain to me how forced homeschooling or being put into another school is NOT expulsion? I always thought that expulsion was just being kicked out of one school. COGITO, ERGO, SUM |

"this is a lesson for the kid, dont be a rat." is there a precise definition of a "RAT"?? i don't think he turned on a person, he reported what he thought was a weapon...what did he owe the people who put it there? why did i send myself to this world?? there must have been a reason. |

Some errors in judgment...still does not make any sense at all for the school board to behave as they did. The parents wanted a 10 day suspension, recognizing the kid's stupidity(your options are reasonable and I thought the same thing~~why not just tell an adult about it..BUT the EXCITEMENT of seeing the gun and holding it prevailed...not at all unusual for a teen). The Board had other options and should have been more flexible. I agree that homeschooling is better anyway, but the boy is probably involved in activities that are now denied him. Tragic and UN-FUCKING BELIEVABLE!!!! |

Anonymous Coward (OP) User ID: 60206 United States 12/15/2006 05:32 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | What this incident shows in how the liberal left, cant tell the difference in the written law and the spirit of the law. They look at a law that says....If a student has a gun in his or her possession, then they must be punished." They apply the law to this kid because they are too stupid to understand why the original law was written. Its called plain old common sense. It seems to have been lost in all the Abortion on demand, affirmative action, Gay rights, and political correctness that so prevails in the education system. Poor kids... |

I think a simple law that would require all law enforcement, teachers and other public servents to due jail time for all stupid acts should fix this pretty quick! I'm not talking twenty years here either, just throw them in jail over the weekend and threaten to keep doing it until they straighten up! :) But of course, NOTHING will be done, the situation will keep getting worse and more freedoms rights and honors taken away from all good citizens while the debunkers/skeptics and shills call out..."Well, THEY DESERVED IT FOIR TRYING TO HAVE RIGHTS!" :) We've seen this game for too long not to know what is going on... |

The same disposible razor that FTA and all prisons classify as a toilitry item!!! This was after a memo was placed in the school asking students to bring toiletry items to sent to troops over seas and listed was the disposible razor... Needless to say she dropped out of school and got her GED, went on to nursing school and has left that dumb public school situation far behind. pray daily for my grandkids and hope they do not become victim of the insane "Zero Tolerance Policy". |
