Is the little girls lemonade any safer after they give the health department 25 - 50 bucks for a food service permit than what it was before they gave the money for that "license"??

I think that these kid businesses should be given a youth exemption. Sure have the health department come out and show these girls how to properly wash rinse and sanitize their stirring spoon.
