I haven't taken a vaccine in probably 35 years. What am I missing out on?

I got one tetanus shot about 15 years ago because I stepped on a nail... I don't know if that counts.

I have no issues & I never get sick anymore except for the occasional mild food poisoning from restaurants. I can tell if it was bad within 3 to 9 hours and then pay for it in the men's room. They say you can't know within 24 hours but that is pure bullshit. I can tell right away.

I had a cold two years ago and missed a day of work.

I also had walking pneumonia about 10 years ago, that was before I discovered healthy eating and H202 every day.

I know people who take the flu virus shot - they get sick afterwards.

Duh.
