I love gender roles!!

I'm with you OP. I'm a dude and I like the traditional gender roles. So does my lady, bless her heart.

I am so sad for my generation. I have kids now, but all my old friends are the gender role-hating, disgusted by children types. That bullshit may seem edgy and attractive when you're young (since it signals to men that you're down to fuck with no strings attached), but once you get older and dried up, it's just pathetic. I see this happening to many of my female friends. It's just sad.

Not knocking the child-free single life, of course. That's fine for some, but not most. My friends are turning into bitter old spinsters, still in the dating scene, trying to find love in bars in their late 30s! Unwilling to settle down because it might mean settling. No man is perfect. No woman is perfect. You will never find the "perfect" mate, because you aren't one either. Too bad most won't realize it until it's too late. I was almost one of them!
