Harry asks: "Mona, we greatly appreciate all your assistance but we are use to pulling our own weight. Are there things we can do here to have a purpose and find a life here? "

Mona responds: "we offer any training and schooling that is available anywhere in the Galaxy? We have need of people of almost any interest and capabilities within the confines of this ship. You have my promise, any area of interest you and your crew need or want, it is yours for the asking. "

Harry continues: "we are use to be free and unencumbered, we are people who seek involvement and action, we want to be involved with your efforts to stop this plague and end this threat to the Galaxy."

Mona took a deep breath and said: "we don't know where this thing is going next. We are dealing with the lowest form of sentient life in two Galaxies, but if you want in, we will not refuse your help. You earned that consideration by the assistance and risks you have already endured."

Kat asks: " I did some research about the legends of the Federation, is it not true the senior officer in charge is called the Chief Watcher?"

Mona responds: "yes, it is true there is a person referred to as the chief Watcher, and is in charge of the Federation's operations.

Kat Asks: "have we seen this person or have we been introduced to this person?

Mona responds: "the two people who were in the bar at the spaceport when we captured Snake were Silver and Prometheus, Silver is the deputy chief watcher of the Federation and Prometheus is the chief of security and defense for the Federation.

Kat responds: "that is not what I asked. I asked if we have met the Chief Watcher of the Federation?"

Mona finally relents: "Yes, there is a person referred to as the Chief Watcher and you have met and talked at length with this person."

Kat states: "I knew it!I knew it! He was that big blue guy we ate with earlier, his name was CapHead Jr. Can we talk to him again?"

That evening something very remarkable occurred. Dr. Brenda Dearborn was getting ready to go work with the Sisters when she looked into the mirror and discovered a shocking transformation. She did not recognize herself!

had anything changed in the future 200,000 years ahead.

When the Sisters and the Peggies and Bens Lisa saw Brenda Dearborn they went ballistic. They immediately understood the implications.

Something that was probably initiated during the last few hours had changed the future in some way. Brenda's DNA and subsequent protein synthesis had been changed to show a radically new phenotype.

They could not wait to do gene sequencing from her new DNA and compare it with her old sequence.

Another question: had anything changed in the future 200,000 years ahead? Had Dr. Dearborn's memory of events change? Were viruses still present in the future?

The Sisters immediately sent virus scanning probes to Dr. Dearborn's Genetic Laboratory. The probes now not only could detect viruses but could categorize them into subgroups and make some definitive identifications as well.

Meaning there was now a different father in her bloodline than before.

It was found that Brenda's Mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) pre and post changes were identical but her non-mtDNA was significantly different. So both her Genotype and Phenotype had changed. This strongly suggested that her maternal line of inheritance had not change but her fraternal DNA did changed.

Meaning there was now a different father in her bloodline than before. Something that just happened introduced a chain of events that would lead to a new set of changes in Dearborn's gene sequence.

The probes indicated the viruses were still present 200,000 years in the future but the mix of subgroups and frequency represented in numbers of virus particles had shifted.

Brenda's memories and history appeared unchanged.

The life and death of Mona Ann Lisa on the Moon, 32,000 years in the making by George B. (All rights reserved Unpublished work (c) 2016 George B.)

When Sue found out about the changes in Dr. Dearborn appearance and the Lisa Parents’ and Sisters’ analysis she immediately went to Mona and started the interrogation . . . This was just too good for Sue to leave alone.

Her friend was no doubt going to be a Mom just like her. However, Mona had just changed her destiny with some choice she just made.

Since Sue was a true investigator and pest of Galactic proportion she went for the kill immediately.

Sue states: “You know Moan . . . this thing that just happened tells all of us with inquisitive minds that you have made a very significant decision and I am here to help you figure out what that is . . . if I weren’t such a good friend, I wouldn’t even bother but you know me . . . always wanting to help a friend in need!"

Mona responds: “Cut the crap Sue. I know what you want . . . you want in my head and get all the juicy details . . . right?”

Sue responded: “Yes.”

Mona states: “The only decision I have made is to try to convince Harry and his family to stay in our timeline. He is strangely important to what is going on here. I can sense it and that is the whole thing. Nothing else.”

“Sue responds: “You have already told me you had a strange attraction to this character. So putting two and two together it is possible he is a prime candidate to be Daddy of Brenda Dearborn many generations removed from today.”

Sue says: “love the little bugger to death but what a pain, please keep her entertained as long as you can tolerate the little nipper. Kevin will take over when you are warn out. I have to get the meal on the table and tell Kevin how to set a table for guests, he has bachelor’s syndrome. His parents never taught him anything.”

Mona says: “High Little-M, how is my best buddy?” Little Mona screams in delight as she holds out her arms to Mona.”

Harry comes to the door and Kevin invites him in to the mayhem going on in the dining area. Harry Says: “I never was invited to have a meal with an honest to God real family before; not sure I know how to act?”

Kevin says: “are you sure you have the stomach for it, it takes some getting use to if you are a bachelor?’

Harry responds: “well, I have quite a crew of my own, we came together when they were rather young and it is really organized chaos most of the time. Then and now.”

Harry asks under his breath: “Is Mona here?”

Kevin responds: “She sure is!”

I couldn’t think of a better person to name my little girl after.”

Seemed funny to Mona Ann Lisa, though she was the youngest Captain of the Fleet by several hundred of years, her position as the Commander of the Fleet and director of the evacuation was never challenged. The World Alliance had just allowed this to happen based on the evolving crisis. No senior Captain had objected. They just fell in line as she also directed the settlement of Ceres and managed the Aqua-forming activities.

Mona the child prodigy, led the best chance the species had to survive. While Mona accepted her many working titles she knew Levie was the true brains of the operation. Levie (short for Leviathan) was her sentient Artificial Intelligence (AI) Entity who was fully integrated into the massive MotherShip also named the Leviathan.

Mona with her cybernetic implants was fully conscious with Levie when they were connected physically for ship operations. This was done from the Captains Chair in the Command Module above the massive cargo holds of the two mile long ship. In this configuration they worked like one being not two. Thoughts, commands and actions were instantaneous between Mona and Leviathan.

This symbiotic relationship between the Captain and ship did not exist on the other MotherShips, their relationship was unique.

“If you tell a lie big enough and keep repeating it, people will eventually come to believe it. The lie can be maintained only for such time as the State can shield the people from the political, economic and/or military consequences of the lie. It thus becomes vitally important for the State to use all of its powers to repress dissent, for the truth is the mortal enemy of the lie, and thus by extension, the truth is the greatest enemy of the State.”

Mona looks at Sue like she could kill her and makes it clear it is not time to spill the beans. So Sue just buttons her lips knowing to do otherwise would be unproductive.

The evening goes well and Harry tries to understand how the Federation in the next 20,000 becomes a legend instead of a known governing entity especially since their technological superiority is hundreds if not thousands of years beyond what his home world enjoys.

Sue, Kevin and Mona are at a loss to explain how themselves. Especially since the planet they are now orbiting (cloaked) is New Ceres. Since there is no history in Dearborn's timeline they are presently unable to even speculate how this came about. They asked Harry if he knew how his home world got its name.

Harry stated the following: "we were told in school we were remnants of a human colony from an asteroid named Ceres and this was several thousands of years ago, that is really about all I know, do you have any details?"

Mona, Kevin and Sue agree. Having someone from New Ceres assist on the inquiry would give the investigation the proper perspective. They asked Harry to have Kat meet tomorrow with the Sisters in their Laboratory.

Kat went to the Laboratory as early as possible . . . the Four Sisters plus Destiny and the Four Lisa(s) and Dr. Dearborn were there at some point during the day.

They showed Kat the different research projects under study.

These included:

1. the Twilight tagging project, where they hoped send Geedeeze back to Andromeda with a surveillance device.
2. The Ceres history project for which she had been volunteered.
3. The plague ship tracking project and a virus neutralization project together.
4. The genetics sequencing project to monitor any changed in Dr. Dearborn.
5. The ShadowLand and OBE research project which Kat knew nothing about.
6. The parallel universe project which she had no understanding of either.

When Harry got his young crew back together they all had amazing things to share.

Kat's story was the wildest of all. She told them of all the scientists she met including two sets of identical twins both named Peggy and Ben.

She was amazed at the technology and concepts she was introduced too including a concept call sleep, dreaming and OBEs where a select group of sentient beings in the Galaxy could break the rules of physics simply at will.

They were very interested in her knowledge of New Ceres; she told them her species was known as SheKats and that they were almost eradicated by the humans when they first arrived on New Ceres thousands of years ago. She was raised in an orphanage after her Mother (a Tribal Prophetess) was murdered when she was but a kitten. She also told them Harry saved her and Rebecca from starvation when a storm had destroyed her living compound some ten years earlier.

She also told Harry, if she was interested, the scientists would test her for ShadowLand capabilities by inducing sleep. Kat said she had volunteered to try tomorrow.

Destiny met Kat as soon as she arrived and told her she was going to assist in the test that was going to be performed.

Kat was placed in a semi-dark isolation room with Destiny in adjoining lounge chairs. The room was flooded with soft, low and melodic music unlike Kat had ever heard before. She was asked to close her eyes and to relax completely as possible.

Within a few minutes Kat felt herself begin to drift out of consciousness, she was told not to fight the process but to embrace the relaxation. It was a fact most species practiced some form of sleep.

Kat was aware that she was not alone but that Destiny was with her and smiling. Destiny said: "Kat, would you like to go on a short trip with me?" Destiny did not say them but the words formed in her mind.

Kat formed the answer in her mind and thought: "yes, of course."

They departed the Laboratory and the two went around the enormous ship and out into open space toward New Ceres. They went to the deepest part of the ocean and to the highest mountain peaks. Kat was fascinated and amazed at what she was experiencing.

Destiny signaled to Kat to return to her sleeping body and communicated the need to wake up.

When Mona was notified by Destiny that Kat was OBE capable, she was dumbfounded at the serendipity being manifested. This simply could not have happened by chance. Harry and his family were here by some amazing act of fate or act of God. Mona was determined to persuade them to stay.

Mona was actually with Harry when Destiny had given her the update. Mona was giving Harry an orientation flight with Barracuda3, her personal shuttle craft. Harry was putting the craft through its paces and was an amazingly capable pilot. He was a natural.

Mona asks: "Harry, maybe it is too early to ask but are you and your family seriously considering staying with us in this timeline on Leviathan3?"

Harry responded: "We really have nothing back there, if it had not been for you and this amazing crew here, we would all be dead now.

So, I think I can say our strange little family has never had anything but each other . . . we are a team and when one stays we all stay. George, Leo, Rebecca and Kat have given no indication they wish to leave and I am in virtual heaven here, so why go anywhere else?"

Mona said: "Wonderful, your family seems to be designed to blend into our family. My spies tell me your kids, I mean crew, are exceptional in all aspects of their character. Capable, intelligent, imaginative beyond their tender years; we want all of you to stay with us."
