Mona takes time from the Wedding Party and celebrations to address the press and the MilkyWay Galaxy.

Mona thanks everyone who has sent their best wishes to Harry, herself and their families. She states: "Harry and I cannot thank the sentient beings within the Galaxy enough for your well wishes and support. We are honored and humbled by your love. We want to thank you all and promise to return quickly from our honeymoon to the business of the Federation."

Sue1 says: "That is Mona . . . short and sweet, I would have needed at least 15 minutes to say the same thing!"

Harry really had not had time to review Mona's history in any kind of details since coming to his new home. He had concentrated on the technical aspects of the spacecraft he was learning to pilot. When not concentrating on that he was involved with the missions he and Mona were engaged in. Harry also was following closely the accomplishments of his family: Rebecca, Kat, George and Leo.

With a few days to relax and enjoy life on their honeymoon, Harry was determined to find out more about his new bride. Mona, as always, was self-deprecating and never called attention to her position or accomplishments unless cornered and trapped into doing so.

Harry asks: "Mona, just how did you become the Chief Watcher of the Galaxy?"

Mona responds: "honestly, I am not really sure, it just seemed to happen. I just took the next step in a long line of necessary decisions and actions. The only thing I wanted was to be the captain of an ore mining MotherShip. Everything just fell into to place after that over the last 120 years."

Harry continued: "do you have the slightest idea what you have accomplished and are responsible for, how do you do it?"

Mona responds: "I really don't think about it, if I did I would probably be crushed by the weight of the situations. I just try to do the right things for the right reasons and let God sort it out. Do you you know how remarkable you are Harry?"

Harry laughs: "are you kidding Mona?"

Mona says: "not at all, without any obligation you saved four orphans not of your species. You raised them beautifully without any help and without asking for anything in return. Your accomplishments, in my opinion, are as great as any I backed into kicking and screaming over the past 120 years."

Mona continues: "fate determines our opportunities, we simply respond to them. If we chose correctly we thrive, if we don't we struggle. No one escapes without struggle. The quest should be to attempt to do no harm, to strive for excellence and accept failure when inevitable . . . and never give up."

Harry responds: "amazing you can maintain a level head, most people would be corrupted by the power and control you have easily within your grasp."

Mona concludes: "never wanted power, control or fame. I just wanted to be a good pilot and see the universe. The rest just happened."

The Sisters were continuing to experiment with wormhole creation and material Transit. It was now time to experiment with an artificial wormhole with the capacity to move tons of cargo and a significant sized spacecraft from Ceres area to what will become New Ceres.

The hope was, if perfected, the refugees from Ceres, now temporarily housed on the mothballed ore mining MotherShips could go directly to New Ceres and start colonization. Mars was still way too minimal to support 10,000,000 colonists and Earth was still in nuclear winter.

Prometheus1, Kevin, C.E. the Doctors Larry Find1 and 2, were making routine trips in a Shuttle to New Ceres. They were surveying areas that were prime areas to colonize based on growth zones and a pre-existing desire to settle humans in areas that would not interfere with existing sentient beings.

The existing pre-industrialized sentient groups were SheCats from which Kat's ancestors arose, and a great ape group from which George arose. Rebecca and Leo's ancestors must have colonized at a later time.

There were several mega fauna species which
were apex predators both feline and canine. The Doctors Find feel they found the perfect but marginal settlement area for the refugees that would allow them, with the advanced technology at their disposal, to thrive without interfering with the indigenous races.

Mona and the Federation would have to give the approval but the Sisters thought it was time to see if they could move an empty MotherShip through a wormhole.

Kat working with the Sisters said she had the solution, it was simple.

Sam1 and the Sisters had several technical issues to deal with. To move an enormous space craft through an artificial wormhole you had to make a whole large enough, stable enough and shield the craft from the vortex forces it would encounter. This took enormous power to accomplish.

To date the Federation was only able to accomplish this with Shuttle sized craft. The zero point energy spheres (ZPES) that the Federation craft were equipped with were back engineered from the central energy sphere used by the Swarm from ancient technology. A miniaturized form was imbedded in a Flying Diamond.

Now how does one shield a MotherShip with a quantum resonance envelope that was large enough to surround the entire ship? One could not manufacture Swarm Cloud sized energy spheres for each large craft in the Federation. What was the solution?

Kat working with the Sisters said she had the solution, it was simple.

Kat states: "All you need is one or two portable Swarm Sized Spheres for each wormhole complex. A large craft needing the shielding simply latches on to the Sphere and travels through the hole. Once on the other side they send to the sphere back to its point of origin or a ship needing to return brings it with them. For a busy transit location a schedule could be established for where and when the Sphere would be expected."

The Ship was to be the original Leviathan and the Sisters knew this would have special meaning for both Mona and Levie.

The Sisters seized the concept and quickly added their twist combining multiple spheres from the old MotherShip fleet that were not used to house refugees. They created one prototype sphere and did the testing to prove reliability.

The test to move an unmanned MotherShip was scheduled upon Mona and Harry's return. The Ship was to be the original Leviathan and the Sisters knew this would have special meaning for both Mona and Levie.

Upon Mona's return the experiment was launched and Leviathan was sent through the artificial wormhole initiated in the dust cloud near Ceres. The ship and the newly fabricated energy sphere transited the wormhole to within the dust cloud near New Ceres.

Mona in ShadowLand along with the rest of the OBE group witnessed the entire process. It was a resounding success!
The original Leviathan was perfectly intact from start to finish. It appears that the refugees could be transported via the wormhole technology. The Federation gave approval for the relocation of the ten million Ceres refugees to New Ceres on the opposite side of the Galaxy. The colonists would be housed in the older MotherShips until they could be settled on the planet.

Mona asked Sam1 and the Sisters if they could determine the most efficient way to get significant assets to Leo I Galaxy to both apprehend Slither and intercept the plague ships.

Moonbeam suggested there were two options to consider.

1. use the newly designed multi-zero point energy sphere and move Leviathan3 through the existing ancient transport system.
2. Using the energy sphere to shield Leviathan3 and find a pathway through the central massive black hole of the MilkyWay and eventually exit through the Leo I Galaxy black hole.
