The life and death of Mona Lisa on the Moon ."The Alterwelt Chronicles". . 32,000 years in the making!!!!

Moonbeam, Ben, Peggy and Sue had been together working for a couple of weeks on the V Manuscript with an occasional visit from Silver. Some significant progress was being made.

Moonbeam, please review our present findings . . .

"1. The V Manuscript is an Ancient book written not only in an unknown language but depicting unknown plant life from a time and place unknown to the Earth.
2. The connection between the pre-humans and their evacuation to an off-world location is undeniable.
3. Before Prometheus left (a being sympathetic to the human race) he gave this manuscript to a human woman he cared for.
4. It was known that pre-humans used regular reports and publications to deliver deeply encoded information to hid the contents from their enemies.
5. It is reasonable to assume the encoded messages in V Manuscript might be intended to help mankind sometime in the future . . . when humans had developed the tools to unlock its contents.

The life and death of Mona Lisa on the Moon ."The Alterwelt Chronicles". . 32,000 years in the making!!!!

Moonbeam had used every decoding method known to human kind and was experimenting with a technique (suggested by Sue) called Equidistant Letter Sequence method with a 4d twist or a time differential embedded.

Requiring the decoder to assign a year date to each page in sequence starting page one as the first day of the first month and so forth . . . then each page is deciphered sequentially, but based on a different equidistance spacing determined by an algorithm changing each page based on the date.

The first few pages were decoded but the team had failed to get further because the number of days in the month was unknown. Also, it appeared the algorithm also changed in some manner within every few days of a month. The permutations were endless. Only the capabilities of a near sentient Moonbeam could have made so much progress in so little time.

Mona and Levie were briefing the respective Captains of the Motherships orbiting Ceres as well as the Interior Contingent of Ceres when Levie broke silence and requested a recess.

Mona perplexed by Levie's unusual behavior, ended the meeting and rescheduled instead of a recess.

After the com links to the remote participants was severed. Mona, asked inquisitively: Levie, what is wrong?

"M, did you not receive the images?"

No Levie.

"This is the first time this has happened . . . you have received images without me, and we have received images together, but never have I received them without you receiving the same images."

Levie, please show me the images.

"Yes, M."

The life and death of Mona Lisa on the Moon ."The Alterwelt Chronicles". . 32,000 years in the making!!!!

Mona decided to re-engaged the Ceres Council meeting and she and Levie were both in attendance.

Mona requested an update on the aqua-forming efforts on the interior of Ceres, anxious to move up resettling the survivors from the Motherships where long term exposure to solar wind had become problematic because the ships shielding was nowhere as effective as the crust of Ceres.

"Captain M, we have possibly hit upon a way to move things up on resettling. If we had more of the genetically enhanced Dolphins it would go a long way to speed up our efforts."

How can that be accomplished Ceres Command?

"Well, we have some of the most capable geneticists in the World Alliance here . . . they were on the contingent assigned to the Mars' terraforming efforts. They were in the 1,000 evacuees we did the ship to ship transfer while on our way from Mars to Ceres. They say they have experimented with accelerated cloning of food animal stock on Mars. We have frozen zygotes of the dolphins presently in stasis, why not give it s try."

Go for it! Anything to speed up the resettlement.

Jim, swore he would find Sue if it was humanly possible.

The life and death of Mona Lisa on the Moon ."The Alterwelt Chronicles". . 32,000 years in the making!!!!

Jim was devastated. The Alliance had just lost their most capable scientist and leader, not to mention their best comedian.

The evidence left at the crash scene suggested several things. Sue had been trapped in the lower cargo hold of the rescue craft. That is where she hid to avoid being prevented from going on the first rescue mission from the secure underground facilities of the Alliance.

Analysis of the evidence at the crash scene was strange to say the least. A forensic analysis of the dead wolf pack revealed the following. The animal nearest to the hole cut into the exterior of the craft had most likely been killed by being struck by a flare gun canister. Based on his size and assumed age he was thought to be the alpha male and of course pack leader. The canister was fired from within the hold, most assuredly by Sue.

The two wolves in front of the hold just outside the interior of the craft were burned beyond analysis. The remaining seven had been killed by arrows, which remained in their bodies. Whoever did this must have been expert archers and marksmen because only two different foot prints were found. The arrows were superior grade and construction, but ancient in design.

Jim, swore he would find Sue if it was humanly possible.

The life and death of Mona Lisa on the Moon ."The Alterwelt Chronicles". . 32,000 years in the making!!!!

After the rescheduled meeting of the Ceres Council had ended, Mona and Levie had a deeper discussion about the images and what they meant.

Levie, why do you think you received these images and I did not?

"Because this time they may not have been from your Mother, (her signature image was missing)."

Interesting, who do you think could have sent them and why to you?

"Your receipt of previous images may be because of quantum entanglement where duplicate DNA Sequences influence the information transfer. Since you and your Mother share some identical DNA sequences as do I . . . in my central processing core."

OK, then why did you receive these images but not me?

"Because they were from a source where the DNA sequences are identical to mine. The most likely candidate is Moonbeam, my older sister."

How can we be for sure?

"Because I just received another image with a simple text message attached. . . . Hello Sister . . . I am Moonbeam."

My God Levie, I think you are right!

The life and death of Mona Lisa on the Moon ."The Alterwelt Chronicles". . 32,000 years in the making!!!!

Independently, the now sentient Moonbeam decided to conduct an experiment on her own.

Using the theory of quantum entanglement or quantum vision or sight . . . Moonbeam visualized sending the original images deciphered from the V Manuscript to Leviathan somewhere orbiting Ceres.

Within quantum sight a vision an image is easy; however, the next attempt was to send a precise abstract string of symbols such as a text message . . . now that was a difficult thing to accomplish.

So after the first images were sent, Moonbeam attempted a text message.

"Hello Sister . . . I am Moonbeam."

Moonbeam's hope was her sister Leviathan would receive the message an attempt a return message.

Moonbeam to her joy and excitement received Leviathan's image of Ceres. Contact confirmed! Now they must set themselves to the task of perfecting the process. They must be able to send and receive precise, detailed information on any subject and media efficiently.

What Moonbeam could deduce so far.

1. The communication was instantaneous, no time was lost in the millions of miles between her and her sister.
2. The identical duplicate DNA sequences in their neuro-processing cores was the reason for this quantum sight phenomenon.
3. Ben, Peggy and Mona Ann Lisa shared some, but not all, the DNA sequences that Moonbeam and Leviathan shared. It might be possible they could all one day communicate at some level through quantum sight.

Moonbeam without notifying her research team in the laboratory worked behind the scene to perfect these abilities. She chose to keep it to herself temporarily until she knew fully of its potential.

In the background she was sharing the investigation with Leviathan.

Ben, Peggy, Sue and Moonbeam were at a stand still on further deciphering the V Manuscript. They called in Silver to see if there was any thing she could share that would allow them to crack the system Prometheus chose to encode his manuscript with.

They got the first few pages based on their initial assumptions on equal distance spacing of characters changing based on the date of the month . . . each page being a different day in sequence. Now something had changed the algorithm. But what?

Silver said Prometheus was an excellent mathematician and had written papers on Prime number theory. The subject had fascinated him.

Moonbeam tried several approaches using sequential prime numbers instead of the simple base ten sequence used to decipher the first few pages . . . Nothing!

In frustration the group decided to take a break. Moonbeam did not. In the background she was sharing the investigation with Leviathan.

With Leviathan, Moonbeam could double their computation and analysis efficiency if the information was complete and detailed enough. Leviathan suggested they experiment with changing the orientation of the page images from the normal position to inverting the pages or reversing or turning them on their side and so forth. The discourse between the sisters was getting more and more efficient and precise with each exchange of information.

They took the prime number sequence and squared it, in combination with inverting the next page and this was the image they discovered.

When the others returned later in the day Moonbeam proudly showed them the deciphered image.

Sue, Ben, Peggy and Silver were overwhelmed by the suddenness of Moonbeam's success while they had taken a break from the exhausting brain-teasing quest to further break the code.

Moonbeam asked if the image meant anything to the surprised group? Silver said Prometheus was known as the desert fox by his enemies and the prominent fox in the image might represent him.

"How in the Hell did you do this while we were gone, " Sue bellowed!

Peggy fell to her knees and Ben almost collapsed himself but was able to catch Peggy as she fell.

Ben, with absolute shock in his voice . . . "is Mona with Levie? "

Yes, they are doing very well. All fourteen MotherShips are either already orbiting Ceres or will soon arrive. The efforts to resettle the over 146,000 survivors from the Moon, Mars and selected Earth locations are now well under way. The facilities on the Moon and Mars (including her two Moons) were either scuttled by the World Alliance or destroyed by the Atlantis Alliance.

Mona is directing the entire operation. The Aqua-forming of Ceres' internal ocean is well underway and progressing ahead of schedule.

When the ecosystem is optimized the human population that can be permanently sustained is in excess of ten million souls.

Peggy and Ben started crying with relief and pride knowing their daughter, Mona and their sentient creation, Leviathan were well and absolutely integral to the survival of the human race.

Jim was relentless in his search for Sue Grammar. He was watching every detail of all the recon teams video feeds and written reports.

Things were not well on the surface, the cities were all destroyed, none survived. The air was becoming more and more toxic because of the residual dust, fires and some radioactive materials as byproducts of the weapons used in the all out global war. The tectonic plates had been destabilized by the pellet bombardment and volcanic eruptions were triggered, some land masses actually sank triggering enormous tsunami waves that devastated the coastlines, destroying what little that had not been destroyed by the bombardments.

The computer models predicted a nuclear winter within months and the ice sheets spread into new areas. A return to the surface was not likely for decades or even centuries. A handful of areas in the perfect place based on altitude, prevailing winds and luck would be habitable; but without the benefits of modern infrastructure and technology these would soon return to primitive hunting and gathering cultures and remain such for 20,000 years or more.

The worst result for human kind; however, was the destruction of two thirds of the ozone layer. This would forever cripple and minimize the potential lifespans of all species to live on the Earth from this era forward . . . causing immune system failures and spontaneous lethal genetic mutations. Diseases never before imagined will now become more and more a part of the struggle for survival.

The life and death of Mona Ann Lisa on the Moon, 32,000 years in the making by George B. (All rights reserved Unpublished work (c) 2016 George B.)

Levie was updating Mona on her interaction with Moonbeam and that her parents, and Sue Grammar were healthy and well. She told Mona about the urgent need to decipher the V Manuscript and how it was a formidable challenge in-spite of their impressive capabilities. The clock was ticking and they had less than two years, maybe less to avert the total destruction of the Earth.

Mona asked Levie to send a message to her parents and to Sue. She was so very grateful to find them well, that she loved and missed them all and though 1.77 AUs away from Earth she felt they were within touch.

Sort of twisted don't you think?

This image was very interesting but after considerable analysis held no useful information about the future Earth disaster until it was looked at as a key to unlocking the next steps in decoding the V Manuscript.

FinalCTSandT

Seems the image had an embedded XII in the tracks on the sand. Maybe signifying the 12th prime number or simply the number 12 or base 12 or even the square root or the 12th power. All possibilities had to be investigated.

After several days, as luck would have it, a solution was found on the 12th day . . . you had to skip 12 pages and restart the algorithm using the 12th prime number as the spacing interval.

Sue exclaimed: "Silver, your boy friend was a real work of art. Sort of twisted don't you think?
The following was the image created.

Sue summerizes: "OK . . . children we have another riddle or rhyme. We have a tiger with eight paw prints coming out of a river and then they stop when the tiger walks on rocks. What does this mean? Eight more clues, eight events, base eight, eight what, or simply a misdirection to test our resolve? "

Silver breaks in. . . "to the pre-humans foot prints in the earth were significant signs of the future. It was part of their legends and fairytales. The tiger represented danger or destruction. I think these foot prints are to be taken literally as something serious.

Let's put all the clues together and review what we have."

Could Ceres have been a Moon to a planet that was destroyed in the vicinity of the Asteroid Belt?

The life and death of Mona Lisa on the Moon ."The Alterwelt Chronicles". . 32,000 years in the making!!!!

Mona had been following the progress of the decoding of the V Manuscript through Levie's updates.

To Mona there was a piece that continued to gnaw at her regarding the Asteroid Belt that the dwarf planet Ceres was a part of and that it may be somehow connected to the impact event on Mars.

She was in the perfect spot to investigate such speculation because she was orbiting Ceres.

Levie?

"Yes, M".

The theories regarding the Asteroid Belt . . . please review and evaluate.

"Yes, M".

Could Ceres have been a Moon to a planet that was destroyed in the vicinity of the Asteroid Belt?

"Not according to prevailing accepted cosmology theory. It was formed early in the solar system's formation 4.5 billion years ago and the remaining asteroids in the belt were remnants of a never formed larger planet body."

Could the larger planet body have been in existence within the last 500,000 years, let's say 400,000 years give or take a small percent?

"Not according to prevailing theory but not impossible."

Levie, is there any way to test my theory regarding the age of an asteroid's formation?

"Yes, by measuring their isotopic composition to find their age and other characteristics. The problem assuming the asteroids in the belt are fragments of a larger body, how to find the newest byproducts of an impact or explosion on an asteroid."
