The War Council met for the last time before the big event.

It was now six months before the Torg would be close enough to the target solar system to destroy its integrity.

Evacuation of all sentient life and other important species had been ongoing now for six months.

The evacuation was necessary whether the Torg attacked or was destroyed by the super nova. The solar system in question and ten other neighboring systems were doomed. Luckily only the targeted system had sentient life or significant life beyond micro organisms.

The GGF would confront the Torg within two days. One of the Scavenger Swarms and several legions of ThunderMoths would be present.

The Spores will be quantum leaped into place seconds before the ultimatum is delivered.

Mona was writing her warning to transmit to the Torg. The Spores will be quantum leaped into place seconds before the ultimatum is delivered.

Mona had asked Leo and George, Harry's adopted sons, to coordinate the neutralization of all the Torg's probes minutes before the ultimatum. This would effectively blind the Torg collective from vital information.

It was known there were three million such probes throughout the GGF. The probes were already tagged with devices that would make it impossible for them to communicate on activation and could be directed to destroy the probes if the GGF gave the order.

The day of confrontation was at hand. Mona's heart was in her throat but she didn't let anyone see anything but intense resolve.

The GGF probe feeds displayed the enormous image of the Torg on the view screen in the War Councils command center in LeviathanIV.

All Federation assets were in place to enforce the War Council's plan. On Mona's command all the Torg's probes would be blinded.

She gave the order.

Mona ordered the minimum number of spores to be quantum leaped near the vicinity of the Torg's central sun. Once their position was verified Mona initiated the transmission.

"We are the Greater Galactic Federation. We have neutralized all the surveillance probes you have sent to spy on our home systems. We asked you to stop your approach toward our territory. You refused to turn from your course. I will give you five minutes to respond or we will take actions which will result in your total destruction. The count begins now!"

The Torg responded within three minutes. "We laugh at your threats. We do what we wish. You are not worthy of our time."

Mona gave the order to destroy all three million probes and send the images to the Torg.

The Torg responded: "You will regret your actions. We are doubling our speed to prevent your successful evacuation of our targeted solar system."

Mona gave the order to inject the pre-positioned spores and to quantum leap all remaining spores directly into the sun's atmosphere.

It was done, the spores were successfully delivered.

So far there was no indication the Torg realized they and their sun were doomed.

Mona ordered all GGF assets to complete the evacuation. Several artificial wormholes were opened directly in three locations within the targeted solar system. The swarm assisted in the evacuation and the ThunderMoths destroyed all the new probes being launched from the Torg.

Even with the increase in speed initiated by the Torg the Sisters felt evacuation would be completed before the central sun went super nova.

The new issue was could the Torg get beyond the present threatened system to destroy others before their central star explodes? Also, will the enemy realize their sun was about to self destruct and figure a way to intervene in the few months remaining.

Mona ordered additional efforts to find new spore sources and continued to inject them into the star as soon as they were processed.

So far there was no indication the Torg realized they and their sun were doomed.

Mona was notified the last known beings had been removed from the solar system. The Torg was already visible from the outer planets of the targeted solar system and gravitational perturbations were already affecting the orbits of the twelve planet system.

It would now be only a few weeks before the outer planets would be crushed in the onslaught. All attempts by the Torg to launch their armada of slave retrieval barges and other scavenging operations were obliterated by the ThunderMoths.

It was like the Torg collective was on autopilot without the will or desire to change a routine engraved in them over the last 20,000 years. They appeared more like mindless robots than reasoning sentient beings.

All the cloaked Federation probes were recording a bloom of the StarKillers. Though the creatures were immature and not the size of the mature ones (beings that could reach 30,000 miles in length), their numbers were staggering and the Federation was adding new spores everyday.

The Sisters estimated the younger Killers actually converted more hydrogen to helium than mature ones. Their growth rates were exponential. Thus they consumed more food despite their diminutive size.

The Sisters calculated the conversion rate and felt with 85% certainty super nova status was within two weeks.

The Federation left lethal attack drones which would follow any vessel leaving the Torg, attach to it and destroy it within a specified time window unless given the order to disarm.

The Torg's inhabitants still were unaware of their fate one week before the impending Big Bang.

Mona wondered what the GGF would do with the 4,000 galaxies in the Torg's Empire. There would be surviving pockets that would have to be dealt with.

"The odds that a star will run directly into another star increase with the star’s mass. When two normal stars do collide, the result is a single, more massive star. Because this larger star is more likely to have yet another star run into it (because it’s bigger than it was before), collisions can lead to a runaway effect, as this star continues to grow via stellar cannibalism."

The life and death of Mona Ann Lisa on the Moon, 32,000 years in the making by George B. (All rights reserved Unpublished work (c) 2016 George B.)

The inhabitants of the Torg finally realized their central sun was doomed and sought to evacuate. It was too late. Their feeble attempt was futile. The few remaining ships that exited the outer boundaries of the Torg were vaporized in the explosion that tore the atmosphere off the surface of their sun. Within seconds all was nebula dust racing away from the star at near light speeds.

The Federation probes within a few million miles were vaporized within the first few minutes after the initial blast. As the energy wave expanded at a much slower speed the images recorded were amazing. The Sisters were astonished. The question was now what was going to happen?

The Torg's velocity and direction of travel would have eventually collided it with the central star of the targeted solar system. Will the Torg become a Neutron Star, a Pulsar, or a Black Hole? Will the collision with the targeted star create something never seen before?

Hints about the future:

During the stable imbalance one can travel in either direction.

The life and death of Mona Ann Lisa on the Moon, 32,000 years in the making by George B. (All rights reserved Unpublished work (c) 2016 George B.)

Sam1 and the Sisters were able to theorize that the Massive Transit Artificial Wormholes follow electromagnetic conduction principles.

Space-time is bent in space by torsion forces (spinning of charges cosmic dust) between positive and negatively charged portals. For example, if one wants to travel across the MilkyWay from Ceres to New Ceres, one only needs to schedule a massive negative spin in one location and the opposite positive spin in the other location.

The bridge will occur to balance the charges. The key to stability is keeping a small imbalance between the two locations. Once you don't need the bridge (wormhole) any longer you allow the opposite charged space sectors to neutralize the charge imbalances.

During the stable imbalance one can travel in either direction.
 Quoting: George B

For the whole system to work you need the following.

The life and death of Mona Ann Lisa on the Moon, 32,000 years in the making by George B. (All rights reserved Unpublished work (c) 2016 George B.)

For the whole system to work you need the following.

1. Locations throughout your transit system with stable clouds of Cosmic Dust of the minimum density, size and composition.
2. A stable, renewable power source and a generator to charge and spin the dust particles. Like two opposing metallic asteroids or larger metallic objects spinning in opposite directions on a precise frequency in or near the dust cloud, that may orbit in and out of the cloud predictably.
3. A schedule or table that accurately predicts the activation of the dust particle spin and the direction the dust is spinning (clockwise or counterclockwise).
4. Facilities to accept and support cargo, supplies, food, accommodations, security and local transportation within a solar system or sector.
 Quoting: George B

Mona asks: "So to locate an old port or potentially engineer a new wormhole transit connection point . . . one needs to find the perfect dust cloud which has the orbit of at least two periodic metallic asteroids and cause them to rotate on their axis clockwise or counterclockwise at the proper frequency at a time that matches another such connection point within the Galaxy or Galaxy group? If so can we conduct an experiment? Can we send one of Sue's probes through a wormhole between Ceres and New Ceres?"

Levie responds: "We are way ahead of you. We have located the cloud near Ceres and found there were no asteroids remaining there that fit our needs . . . they must have been destroyed eons ago. We have found the same situation around New Ceres. We are now in the search to locate the perfect asteroid species to accomplish the task. The ancients must have done this thousands of times. Our attempts will require much, much trial and error. We calculate it will take from two months to two years to get it right."

Mona responds: "whatever you need we will do it . . . get it done! By the way, how are we doing on our efforts to return Pawnee and Santee to their Galaxy and locating Slither for them?"

The Torg is now a neutron star and is headed for the central star of the evacuated solar system.

The outer planets of the target solar system are being destroyed or slung out of orbit.

They are now rogue celestial objects that will take eons before they stabilize their orbits, if ever.

Mona intuitively knew there were important decisions to be made. In her ordained role as the reluctant leader she sensed the inevitable.

Mona had never really thought about who she was or why she was in the position she found herself. It was just the way it was.

It never occurred to her she was the most powerful and recognized sentient being to ever have taken a breath. She was oblivious to the fact she was the agent of change and conqueror of planets, solar systems, galaxies, dimensions and even time itself.

To her, she was just Mona Ann Lisa, the mother of two wonderful children, wife of a dear man and daughter of two geniuses. She was a loyal friend and devoted sibling of unique and talented beings. She desired to do good but was flawed, as all were.

Mona had never sought leadership except for the chance to pilot an ore transport vessel that mined the asteroid belt between Jupiter and Mars. She only knew that she could not ignore responsibility. Her very nature thrust her forward through happenstance to where she found herself today. She never sought power, in fact, it made her nauseous.

Mona would have died on the spot, if someone had told her several hundred years ago, when studying to be a ship's captain on Earth, that she would be responsible for trillions of sentient beings (most non-human) and 6,000 galaxies.

Mona never wanted such responsibility, maybe that is why she now has it.

The life and death of Mona Ann Lisa on the Moon, 32,000 years in the making by George B. (All rights reserved Unpublished work (c) 2016 George B.)

Moonbeam speaking for the Sisters and Sam1 suggested there were issues regarding the clash between the Torg neutron star and the central sun of the doomed solar system. It was their opinion that a unique situation was likely. This situation was the creation of a partial merge between the two entities and the formation of a pair of pulsars violently rotating around each other within a nebula dust cloud or a sea of charged particles.

This situation was rare and could have significant opportunities and dangers.

Thanks! I have to figure out what to do now . . . I only have room for one more graphic work. I either cannibalize my 500 other graphics (Smilies) or stop doing graphics. I might have to find another home for Mona. . . verysad

The event horizon of such a wormhole would be so large as to evacuate (like a infinite vacuum cleaner) everything within light years of its activation.

The scientists fear a potential chain reaction if there is a similar pair somewhere else in the universe with the same frequency of rotation interacting in a field of dissimilarly charged particles (nebula). This would potentially create an enormous wormhole with unmeasurable proportions. The event horizon of such a wormhole would be so large as to evacuate (like a infinite vacuum cleaner) everything within light years of its activation.
