The life and death of Mona Ann Lisa on the Moon, 32,000 years in the making by George B. (All rights reserved Unpublished work (c) 2016 George B.)

Mona was reviewing the events of the last three years. The Science Committee of the GGF was asking for a full report on the progress of the reorganization of 4,000 new galaxies into the 2,000 previous members of the GGF.

Since the Torg War ended there had been several developments. The most notable was in the expansion and capacity of the GGF Wormhole Transit System.

It was now possible for LeviathanIV to move through the enormous artificial wormhole event horizon created by the duel pulsars. These pulsars were the result of the collision between the Torg and the targeted central star of the destroyed solar system.

The wormhole's appearance had a predictable period of once every eight hours caused by the two giants orbiting each other and circulating through the nebula of charged particles. No one could predict how long the effect would last put projections now indicated the conditions would be constant for the next few thousand years.

The science had been well studied and through the use of quantum frequency manipulation an entire solar system could be moved from one side of the universe to the other, as long as a pulsar with the same frequency was found to anchor the other end of the wormhole.

The Sisters and Sam1 were beginning to see some potential for technical accomplishments beyond anything known before.

They foresaw the nearly infinite power of creation marshaled to accomplish impossible projects. They are collecting these concepts to brief the GGF. Their fears were these abilities could be weaponized. Maybe one should not go where one could go for fear of abuse and misuse.

Mona and her leadership style and abilities may not survive indefinitely into the future. No Empire of sentients had survived forever, no matter how long lived. Evil always had a way of surfacing eventually.

What to recommend? How does one guarantee absolute power remains a tool of good and not corrupted?

The life and death of Mona Ann Lisa on the Moon, 32,000 years in the making by George B. (All rights reserved Unpublished work (c) 2016 George B.)

Mona knew in her heart there were no guarantees. The Code of Conduct written by her dear friend Jim Jimmerson was the basis for the voluntary membership within the GGF. The concept of promoting all life and especially sentient life was its core objective. LeviathanIV and its crew was the symbol of that principle. She hoped to keep this reality going as long as possible.

She also knew progress, more correctly change, was inevitable. It was a force of nature no less than a super nova's eruption. No one could guarantee the future; however, one could study the future and the past and identify tipping points. The question was, if one identified these significant points . . . what does one do with the knowledge?

While Mona did not have the answers, she knew the study of time's pivotal events was possible and others not under her control or authority would be tempted to interfere. She made the study of Time's Pivotal Events (TPE) a priority.

Mona wanted a code of ethics and foundational truths identified and available for all who might engage in the research of TPE for now and for all time to come.

Despite all the draw backs, the study of this history was felt useful in identifying known and unknown TPE's.

Foundational Truth's Identified by the TPE Study Group:

1. DNA of any surviving sentient being had genetic memory of their ancestors embedded within their chromosomes. It was a binary code and could be accessed and replayed as a visual and sensory set of data.
2. The DNA code also contained the individual's emotional impressions making the data somewhat unreliable. The data was subject to damage and mutations but was felt to be at least 98% accurate especially when validated by multiple observers with different cultural perspectives viewing the same events.
3. This history was massive and required careful decoding and analysis beyond most Artificial Intelligence's ability for practical use.
4. Despite all the draw backs, the study of this history was felt useful in identifying known and unknown TPE.

Using very complicated algorithms the Sisters and Sam1 devised a methodology to identify and study TPE and suggested a program to validate their findings and future uses.

interference in history, no matter how well intended, could lead to disastrous unintended consequences.

Mona knew the guiding principles of the research should be rooted in the fundamental understanding that interference in history, no matter how well intended, could lead to disastrous unintended consequences.

For example, what if TPE research had identified the historical process and personalities that were responsible for the origins of viruses and the StarKiller spores and stopped their development.

The defeat of the Vermin and Torg might not have occurred and the destruction of the GGF might well have been assured.

At the same time Mona knew the Federation had already interfered with the future and her own husband and children would not exist if it were not for the decision to act in the face of undesirable consequences.

It would seem one principle may well mean; manipulating the past was forbidden, while interacting with time travelers from the future in your timeline was acceptable. Knowing what you do today will always alter the future. Also, viewing the past and or future and taking actions in the present is not as ethically unacceptable.

Another concept or ethical principle suggested was that the TPE observer/researcher of the past or future events should be a persona that has no known emotional attachment to the consequences involved. While this might not always be possible, this should be done whenever possible.

It was suggested by the TPE research group and Mona as well, that the ShadowLand personnel were the best suited to do the research suggested. The group had now grown to around 500 personnel headed by Destiny Lisa-Guardian. Kat and Genesis were fully involved and Mona herself occasionally participated when a special project was underway.

The Sisters and Sam1 were developing advanced techniques to give otherwise ordinary people the abilities of the ShadowLand personnel. That is, to allow Out of Body Experiences (OBEs) on demand for people without the otherwise unique and rare genetic capabilities.

Dr Dearborn being the person from the most distant future volunteered to have her DNA analyzed for TPEs. The Sisters relished the opportunity and went right to work!

They found several but the most intriguing one was found to be events embedded in her ancestors genetic memory from the 6th century earth in the islands known as Ireland and Scotland.

It was decided to pick this time, place and species in the future and research the specifics using the technology, techniques and ethical guidelines established by the TPE study group.

"On the morning of the battle, the Archangel Michael,
armed as a warrior with shield and sword, was seen to lead Columba's host. Diarmit was utterly defeated, leaving 3000 men dead on the field, while of the victorious army only one man was killed and that because he had disobeyed the injunction of the Archangel and had crossed over the Druid airbhe. Seeing that Diarmit fought under the protection of Druid ritual and that Columba was the leading exponent of Christianity in Ireland at that time, the battle may have been regarded as a test of power between Druidism and Christianity. Columba s kinsmen believed the victory to be due to his prayers, and they had a silver shrine . . . "

"There are also many stories of miracles which he performed during his work to convert the Picts, the most famous being his encounter with an unidentified animal that some have equated with the Loch Ness Monster in 565. It is said that he banished a ferocious "water beast" to the depths of the River Ness after it had killed a Pict and then tried to attack Columba's disciple . . . "

Harry (Mona's husband) volunteered to be a subject of the ShadowLand experiment to induce OBE(s). The genetic prerequisite for this ability was extremely rare. In fact, there were only 500 or so beings out of trillions of sentient beings in the 6,000 galaxies now controlled by the Greater Galactic Federation (GGF). Thus an artificial ability would be an amazing addition to the Federation's investigative capabilities.

Mona was excited over the possibility that she could share this amazing ability and the accompanying experiences with her spouse and soul mate Harry.

The Sisters were setting up excursions for travel pairs to venture into different 4D coordinates to validate the Time Pivotal Events (TPEs) extracted (decoded) from Dr Dearborn's genetic memory.

The 4D target for Mona and Harry was into Earth's future well over 30,000 years from the present timeline. Since there were no other TPEs from other sentient being's genetic memory, Harry and Mona's observations were expected to be rather divergent from Brenda's recorded impressions of this era.

The couple arrived at the quiet room with the anticipation of a first date. They laid down on the recliners and were wired so the monitors could observe the same experiences as the intrepid couple. They held hand, though this was not required.

The life and death of Mona Ann Lisa on the Moon, 32,000 years in the making by George B. (All rights reserved Unpublished work (c) 2016 George B.)

The TPEs were represented on the DNA binary code as clusters of emotionally complex signals or lumps of code that looked much like the ingested prey that was swallowed by a long snake. The TPE was a larger cluster followed by several, spaced smaller clusters which probably represented a remembrance or anniversary of the original event.

Each time such a pattern was found the code was decoded and analyzed. The bigger the code node was and the greater the number of subsequent following equal distance nodes, the greater the likelihood it was a TPE that needed investigation.

Harry and Mona were to investigate the assigned TPE but were not briefed on what the memories were about. They had to observe and decide for themselves.
