You can go swimming in Antarctica, on deception Island, it a old volcano water basin and it stays warm, No thanks. I'll stay home it cost to much to get there. The cheap tickets for two is about 14,000. Waste of money.

I knew man that was an Ensign stationed aboard the USS Mount Olympus and sailed with him(Byrd)during Operation Highjump.....he was sworn to secrecy and only a few months before he died he told me....and anyone else that would listen....they were indeed attacked by flying saucers....with a "power ray" of enormous power....he reasoned for the most part they were allowed to escape....implied the flying discs could have easily destroyed everyone and everything

I've been, twice, and it was worth every penny. It's spectacular, full of incredible wildlife, interesting people and amazing scenery.

The only "lies" told about Antarctica are by scammers making up stories to sell their books and videos, and by idiots who believe them.

And you need to shop around, because there are plenty of cheaper options in a quick search.
