The Legend of Atlantis
During the last ice age (about 15,000 years ago), global sea levels were 120m (400 ft) lower than they are today, exposing much more area on the coastlines and islands, such as the Azores in the Atlantic.

Re: The Legend of Atlantis
Thanks OP.

The traditions of Atlantis are not lost. They have been passed on certain lines, primarily via the Atlantean colony of Egypt.

The technology is encoded and hidden in plain sight. Some lines have sought to repress it and use it for themselves, while others have preserved and guarded it, to ensure it survives, although in secret. This is also why it is not studied in the 'mainstream', with history stopping in Africa and Mesopotamia. Do people really believe thats where/when humanity began? Atlantis itself is an evolution of even more ancient and advanced civilizations.

Fortunately, the age has come where the Atlantean technology is being 'rediscovered' on a broader level. Some of us have vivd memories of those 'times', and even descend from their priest bloodlines, and through the ages of the spiritual current that powered Egypt.

Re: The Legend of Atlantis
this is not an attempt to derail. I LOVED Star Trek, (reruns). That show was way beyond it's time, and very prophetic. This episode was one of my favorites, and I believe the Grecian temples (architecture) were modeled from the time of Atlantis. BTW, I am 1/2 Azorian Portuguese and part Ukranian. I've got a very strange blood type, and something in my DNA analysis that they could not "explain" - they said it was from Australian Aborigine. Yes, I am pretty psychic, and have some gifts that have served me well. I feel very protected and lucky.

Re: The Legend of Atlantis
Best Book on Atlantis (fiction) I ever read. Yes, it is a VERY old book. I think the author channeled a past life. Give it a go! "Romance of Atlantis" by Taylor Caldwell. She wrote this when she was 12 YEARS OLD - based on a set of re-occurring dreams.

Precisely. It's all natural too. Until the next ice age where they will begin to recede again. Imagine that.

Re: The Legend of Atlantis
I'm surprised there's not more interest in the "Atlantean Sphere" here at GLP.

It's said to have originated at Atlantis, and there's even a documentary about it that's hosted by Spock. (L.Nimoy)

First off, where did all the water from the first complete coverage of the earth go?
Then, you say, the sea level was lower, from the period you talk about, than today.

So, all the water came, covered the earth, then went away,
then came back?

Do you see what I'm asking?
It's like the earth breathes water, from one aspect.

Favorited for later.
We forget sometimes that there are saints living among us.
When we meet them, we are reminded, not just of the presence
of pure divinity right here on earth, but also of our own potential,
and of the responsibility we have to try to live up to it ~
for our own sakes and for the very future of this planet.
