My rent went up another 50 bucks after it went up 100 bucks a month last year. I went from 680 a month to a grand over 10 years. Quoting: calx FUCK YOU BERNANKE! I'm not paying an increase this year and I'm going to lay the blame at the letting agents door for not doing their jobs when reporting faulty appliances etc. They can kick me out if they want to, I don't care. I'm not paying an increase as a matter of principle. |

He will have the choice between a reliable source of income and a risk with a new tenant. He will also lose a few weeks of rent depending on how long it takes to find someone new so this will work in your advantage as well. If any, meet your landlord in the middle and shave of some bucks from the raise. |
