I discovered chopping up onions and cilantro and cook them with black beans and brown rice is Delish

that sounds good...throws some of the green chillis/tomatoes into both of them while they cook

Artichoke casserole...layers of chopped cauliflower, artichokes and any other veggie and spice you like. topped with pastry dough (the bad part) and topped on that with cheese - the other bad part.

I add in salsa and tomatoes. Yum.

Bean burritos are good too, no meat required for deliciousness.

I do plain old homemade spaghetti. Garlic and onions in the pan, add tomatoes. Let it stew for a bit. Toss in cooked pasta.

Green peppers stuffed with rice and melted cheese on top (can be made using the leftovers from the beans and rice the other night).

Pizza.
Quesadillas.
Tomato soup with grilled cheese sandwich.
Lots of Mexican food is, or can be made, veggie.

Heh. My veggie cooking seems to require either beans or cheese or both.

Grilled marinated bacon wrapped filet mignon.

I'm not a vegetarian, but I have lots of favorite veggie dishes! I would be happy to share them with you.

I had a bomb eggplant Parmesan at work last week. I have never made it but would love to have your recipe, if you're willing to share.

I see vegans and vegetarians eating shit like skittles and aspartame gum and gmo garbage. It makes me laugh. A vegetarian bitch I work with eats honey buns out of a vending machine while I eat grass fed beef and organic chicken right next to her . She is overweight and I am slim as fizuck!!! Haha

I sometimes cook bell peppers, zucchini, yellow squash, roma tomatoes, green onions, spinach, garlic and mushrooms together. You can either put it over a thin spaghetti noodle or (my favorite) leave out the mushrooms and use it to stuff a portabello mushroom (bake it at 350 for about 15-20 minutes). Throw on some parmesan or mozzarella cheese and voila. Yummy.

Caesar lettuce wraps with extra bacon and grilled chicken

and egg yolks in the dressing

1. Buy large portabella mushroom caps

2. Clean mushroom caps by scraping gills out with a spoon

3. Put your favorite spaghetti sauce in the caps

4. Top with cheese

5. Bake at 350F for 20-30 minutes

6. Enjoy

Guacamole. Very spicy, with habaneros...and mucho cilantro.

Mushrooms Berkeley. Mushrooms, cut in halves or quartered, bell peppers, onion, and butter. Sauce: 2 Tbl. Dijon mustard, 2 Tbl. Worcestershire sauce, 1/2 c. brown sugar, 3/4 c. mellow red wine, salt. Simmer until it is much reduced and evil looking. Tastes so good, I make it every Christmas.

Heinz tinned macaroni cheese.

Method:

1. Open tin.
2. Put pan on the cooker.
3. Empty contents of tin into pan.
4. Heat slowly (do not boil)
5. Transfer macaroni cheese to a bowl.
6. Eat.
7. Cry.

But personally I like to marinade the vegetarian for at least 3 days in a whisky barbecue sauce and spit-roast over charcoal.

Get your noodles ready in Ovendish
Make a rue with butter and flower at the right temp
Put Grated or cubed or sliced cheese on noodles poor rue on add spice if you want and mix it up.

here's a fun one - peas and nuts

I reccommend organic as fresh as possible but at work i enjoy taking a can of peas which lasts me 2 days and some nuts just one kind at a time - one day pecans - one day walnuts etc... I also like to munch on some raw purple organic cabbage or carrots with my peas and nuts.

Fruit too

Just watch your acids and basics so you do not mix apples with oranges to create mount vesuvious.... Keeping the PH similar is simple and there are so many great fruits yum... cantalopes and melons should be by themselves though imo...

Some will mix cheese with fruit and while this is ok, I prefer it not when I am really trying to find my zone.

And I am not even vegatarian :)
