you dunno what it was like for her to do this - bc where we are from - NY - we dont do these things. we grew up not knowing wtf welfare was - yes even in our 20s we never heard of it as we didnt have ghettos and section 8 housing or foodstamps etc....our parents worked and when we were 16, we went to work.
