God also stated that Murder is death by smiting(this would include poisons and such other ways of death) for unlawful selfish profit. I.E. Not for righteous judgment according to his law.

Thus if a man smites another man, but does it because the man has broken God's law and he is not the only witness and there is no court where God has set up a judge BY HIS OWN WORDS, then the man who smites (to death) the law breaker is not guilty of murder, but a keeper of the law.
